Step outside to Mohegan Sun's Sun Patio, the perfect backdrop for Wire Expo's highly anticipated Welcome Reception. Embracing the essence of summertime, this 2,100 square-foot outdoor event space invites attendees to immerse themselves in a blend of industry networking and laid-back luxury.
This venue boasts a 50-foot bar with six high-definition screens and six bartender stations, plus an open-air covered pavilion, making it the ultimate hub for both business and pleasure to end the day.
As the evening unfolds, guests can gather around cozy fire pits scattered throughout the patio, fostering connections and sparking conversations against the backdrop of the warm summer night. With every detail meticulously crafted to enhance the attendee experience, Wire Expo's Welcome Reception promises to be an unforgettable fusion of innovation, relaxation, and inspiration on the patio.
Welcome Reception has a 1st-rate setting
All Wire Expo registration options are outlined on the registration rates page to compare.
Note that the Welcome Reception is a ticketed event and you will need to present your ticket to enter the venue.
The "All Access" option is considered full registration and automatically includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception.
The "Conference and Exhibit Registration" registration option also includes a ticket to the Welcome Reception.
The "Exhibits Only" option and registration only for the Fundamentals of Wire Manufacturing Course does not include a ticket to the Welcome Reception.
Exhibitors receive a set number of reception tickets for their booth personnel, depending on booth size.
Seperate/additional tickets for the Welcome Reception can also be purchased online before the show.
Welcome Reception tickets cannot be purchased on-site.
Tickets are included when you pick-up your badge upon checking-in at Wire Expo's on-site registration counter, located outside the Uncas Ballroom.
Find Your Way to the Sun Patio
A short stroll through the property from the Uncas Ballroom, you can find the entrance to the Sun Patio located off the Casino of the Earth. The doors leading outside to the Sun Patio are located in the walkway between the Riverview and Indian Summer parking garages, to the right of Krispy Kreme. It is formerly known as the Summer Entrance. Follow the on-site directional signage that will lead you there.
